About Dawn Fox - Level 5 qualified Clinical Reflexologist 

My name is Dawn Fox (MAR, CRM5 Dip, CNHC, GJC). I am a qualified Clinical Reflexologist, a wife, a mother and more recently a grandmother. I love walking my dogs and spending time with family and friends. I am passionate about reflexology and massage therapy and feel it is important to share the benefits these therapies bring particularly in relation to mental health given the rise in stress and anxiety levels in children and adults living in the UK.  

 

During my earlier career I worked in the commercial sector leading large teams of up to 100 people and increasingly found myself in the privileged position to provide support to individuals who were in personal crisis. It was evident there was a great need for help and healing particularly in relation to the mental wellbeing of staff members. I consider myself to be blessed with a natural intuition and empathy which has helped me to assist others. 

 

Over time, my desire to assist the healing process grew and I was drawn to a career in complementary holistic therapy attaining "The Centralia Level 5 Reflexology Mastership" along with Level 4 Anatomy and Physiology. Thereafter, I qualified in baby reflexology and baby massage, aromatherapeutic massage and Reiki Level 1. In addition to the individual treatments I provide, I run baby classes for parents and care givers to learn basic techniques in reflexology and massage therapy so they may implement alternative methods to soothe their children. I will soon be adding lymphatic drainage massage to my other service offers.  

 

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). The Level 5 Reflexology Mastership is accepted by all the leading membership associations, including the AoR, CNHC - the UK's regulator for complementary therapies, the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and throughout the UK in the NHS and other healthcare industries. It is recognised by a number of private healthcare insurers so the cost of your treatment may be covered under certain policies. 

 

I provide bespoke reflexology treatments tailored to the individual needs of each client. It is rewarding to witness the benefit reflexology can have on wellbeing. Treatments are provided from a relaxing room within my own home and at The Soul Angel's, Hall Green and Solihull Well Being Clinic also based in Hall Green, Birmingham. I also provide home visits within a ten-mile radius of Solihull.
