Solihull Sole Sanctuary Fertility & Maternity Reflexology

Is trying for a baby making you anxious?

Are you suffering normal pregnancy related aches and pains?

Reflexology may help to calm your body in preparation for childbirth

Did you and your baby have a tough labour?

Pregnancy is a special time, but it can bring unwelcome aches and pains, heartburn, constipation, tiredness and sickness.

Reflexology relaxes the body which can be helpful as an expectant mother copes with the changes in their body and prepares for childbirth. It can also be administered as natural pain relief to complement, or in some cases replace, traditional western pain relief during childbirth.
It is important to tell your reflexologist if you think you might be pregnant as they should alter the routine to avoid stimulating reflexes known to trigger labour. The NHS recognises reflexology as a complementary therapy for fertility issues. I am trained to tailor treatments for fertility, pregnancy and to help with labour. Reflexology can also be helpful to relieve the symptoms experienced during menstruation and menopause.
